Disclaimer

Last updated: September 2026

This is the Shadowrocket website and official guide. This disclaimer explains the scope of the information provided, the basis for store transactions, and your responsibilities when using the app. Please also follow the instructions on each page.

1. Scope of this guide

This guide covers how to verify the genuine app, purchase and get it, import an existing subscription, manage configurations, and troubleshoot issues. Shadowrocket is a paid, closed-source app for Apple platforms. Instructions focus primarily on iPhone and iPad. The App Store product page is the only way to get the app. Check the App Store page for device compatibility, system requirements, and purchase eligibility.

This guide explains how to use the client and how its configuration works. It does not guarantee results for any particular network environment, server, or use case. Rule snippets and example domains illustrate syntax; they are not complete configurations suitable for every device or network. Before using an example, check what it matches and whether it fits your needs.

2. Accuracy and interface changes

Tutorials reflect the app interface and store information that could be verified when they were written. App updates, changes to system settings, and differences between App Store regions may change where options appear, the wording of prompts, or the order of steps. This guide may not reflect those changes immediately. Interface terms such as Home, Config, and Global Routing are kept in English. Follow what you see on your device.

If these instructions differ from the current interface, first check which page you are on and what you are trying to change. Avoid repeatedly importing configurations or changing several settings at once. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we accept responsibility for impacts caused by omissions, inaccurate explanations, or delayed updates. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

3. Purchases and service boundaries

Before purchasing, verify the developer, Shadow Launch Technology Limited, the official app icon, and app ID 932747118 on the App Store. Shadowrocket is a one-time purchase. The price, currency, payment terms, refund policy, and Family Sharing eligibility are determined by the App Store page and the terms shown at checkout. Information on this site does not replace the store’s transaction record or purchase confirmation.

A one-time app purchase is not a network service plan. Buying the app does not include servers, nodes, or subscription services. This site does not provide, sell, or recommend nodes or subscriptions. Import instructions assume that you already have your own subscription or server details. Check the terms agreed with your service provider for the validity, availability, and fees of any existing service.

4. External links and App Store pages

External links for getting the app on this site lead to Shadowrocket’s App Store product page, where you can verify the app and purchase information. Once you leave this site, the relevant platform handles page content, account verification, payments, and support under its own terms and privacy policies. We cannot control changes to those pages or their availability.

If the product page will not open or the app is not shown in the store, that alone does not indicate the app’s status. Check your network connection, App Store region, and account purchase history. We do not guarantee that external pages will remain accessible or make commitments about how quickly external platforms will process requests.

5. Configuration responsibilities and troubleshooting

Use the client in accordance with applicable laws and network usage rules, and keep subscription URLs, server credentials, and configuration files secure. Before changing Global Routing, rules, or On Demand, consider keeping a restorable copy of your configuration. Incorrect matching rules or connection conditions may affect access for some apps.

If you run into a problem, start with Troubleshooting or review the steps in Getting Started. Keep relevant interface terms, error messages, and steps to reproduce the issue in your troubleshooting notes. Avoid sharing account details or complete subscription URLs publicly. This disclaimer and the Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the information on this site. If they conflict with mandatory applicable law, that law takes precedence.
